PENOFIX is a bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal product for cleaning and disinfection of water-resistant surfaces, equipment, machinery, facilities, tanks in food production and food selling places; it can be used in stock breeding, veterinary practice and for transport vehicles disinfection.
The biocide is applied on water resistant surfaces by a foam generator (with high or low pressure). The foam generator should be set to 2-5% biocide solution; the biocide is diluted with water heated to 60°C. The foam is applied to pre-cleaned surfaces, where it should stay for 10-15 minutes. When the exposure time expires, the treated surfaces should be thoroughly washed with fresh water to completely remove biocide residues.
Utensils, cutlery and equipment parts are treated by full immersion in 4-5% working solution for 30-60 minutes. Transport vehicles are disinfected with by wiping or spraying with foam generators with 2% working solution for 15 minutes.
